FAQ – Installation & Compatibility

 

Q: What kind of faucets is the filter compatible with?
A: Our filter is designed to fit most standard bathroom faucets with a round, straight spout and visible aerator. If your faucet looks like the top ones in the section of the image, you're good to go!

Q: Which faucets are NOT compatible?
A: The filter cannot be installed on faucets that are:

• Pull-out or pull-down styles

• Very wide or flat spouts

• Angled or uniquely shaped modern designs

• Non-standard aerator fittings

These types are shown in the bottom section of the image and are not suitable for installation.

 

Q: How can I be sure it will fit my faucet?
A: If your faucet has a standard round outlet with a screw-on aerator, it’s likely compatible. We also include multiple adapters in the box to fit most setups.
