1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
• The customer provides proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
• The product has not been damaged, installed, or modified.

Non-Refundable Items

• Used, installed, or damaged products.
• Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date.
• Replacement filters that have been opened or used.
• Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect.
• Shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes paid on the order.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us – Email info@aquaetaer.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization – If eligible, we’ll provide return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
3. Ship the Item – The product must be securely packed and returned at the customer’s expense. Aqua Et Aer is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Inspection & Processing – Once received, we will inspect the product and process the refund within 15 business days.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days after return approval.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
• Partial refunds may be granted if the returned product is not in its original condition.
• If a refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

4. Exchanges (Defective or Wrong Items)

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Replace the item at no extra cost (subject to availability).
• Cover return shipping costs if the issue is due to our mistake.
• Offer a refund if the item is unavailable.

Aqua Et Aer reserves the right to request photo or video evidence before approving exchanges.

5. Cancellations & Order Modifications

• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. The customer must follow the return process after delivery.

6. Warranty & Limitations

• Our faucet filters come with a 24-month limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear, improper installation, or external factors.
• Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

7. Force Majeure & Liability Limitations

Aqua Et Aer is not responsible for refunds or replacements due to:

• Delays caused by shipping providers, customs, or force majeure events.
• Customer misuse, incorrect installation, or negligence.
• Health effects, allergic reactions, or expectations of specific filtration results.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
