4. Pricing & Payments

• All transactions are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store payment details and are not responsible for payment processing issues.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping is available within European Union countries.
• Estimated delivery times are for guidance only. We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events.

6. Returns & Refunds

• 30-day return policy: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense.
• Refunds are issued at our sole discretion and processed within 15 working days after we receive and inspect the item.
• No refunds for damaged, or improperly installed products.
• Aqua Et Aer is not responsible for return shipping costs, lost returns, or delays in refund processing due to third-party payment providers.

7. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer of Liability

• We provide a 24-months limited warranty for manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or external factors (e.g., water quality issues, plumbing problems).
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqua Et Aer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
• Under no circumstances shall Aqua Et Aer, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to health issues, allergic reactions, skin conditions, or water quality outcomes.
• Installation and use of our products are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not guarantee specific water filtration results, skin benefits, or product lifespan.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, or third-party failures.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (text, images, trademarks, logos) is the property of Aqua Et Aer and may not be used without our written consent.
• Unauthorized use of our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.

• By using our site, you waive any right to participate in class actions or collective legal proceedings against Aqua Et Aer.
